To complete your profile, we may also collect your date of birth, national ID, gender, source of income, and emergency contact details.
- Domestic Worker Data: You provide us with personal information about the domestic workers you employ, including their full name, date of birth, gender, phone number, national ID, home village, emergency contact details, employment start date, and any known allergies.
- Financial Data: We collect information related to payments, including salary structures, payment amounts, and transaction references.
- Documents: We store documents you upload on behalf of your domestic workers, such as contracts or identification, which may contain sensitive personal information.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the App, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and actions taken within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Create and manage your account.
- Process transactions and send you related information, including payment confirmations.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Calculate and track gratuity accruals and leave entitlements.
- Generate reports on your behalf.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under the laws of the Republic of Malawi.

We shall only keep data for a period of 12 months from the time a person ceases to be an active subscriber unless orderd by court of law.

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
